Delete your account or data

Tell us what you'd like removed and we'll take care of it. You don't need the app installed, and you don't need to sign in.

Whichever you used to sign in. Your user ID is on the Profile screen in the app — tap it to copy.

What gets deleted

  • Every look you've generated, and the photos you uploaded to make them
  • Your wardrobe items and the categories you sorted them into
  • Your profile photo, name and email address
  • Any credits still on the account — these can't be refunded or moved

We keep an anonymized record of the credits an account had, with nothing that ties it back to you, so our billing adds up. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are held by them, not us — ask them for a refund.

How long it takes

We check every request by hand, because this form can't prove the account is yours. Most are done within a few days and all within 30. We'll write to you when it's finished.

Faster in the app

If you can still sign in, deleting from the app is instant: Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. That same screen shows the user ID this form asks for.
